  • Anne T. Picker | Paul D. Colangelo: $250 for 30 minutes

If you retain within 1 year of your consultation, you will receive credit against the retainer amount.

Consultation Policy

Legal advice will only be given during the scheduled consultation. Consultations are in-person, by telephone, or by video.

If you have a court date within the next 3 weeks or your matter is of an urgent nature, please let us know so we can schedule you in advance of your court hearing.

Due to high demand, we do not offer same-day appointments. You will be scheduled according to the soonest availability.

Once you are scheduled, you will be emailed or sent via text message a general intake form that will need to be completed prior to your appointment. To make the most of your consultation, we strongly suggest that you bring any documents you have in your possession regarding your matter.

A few days prior to your appointment, but no later than 3:00 p.m. the day before your appointment, we will send a text message or contact you by telephone to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm by 3 pm the day before you are scheduled, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule for a later date. If you are a no call/no show, we will not reschedule you for any future appointments.

On the day of your appointment, you will need to arrive 10 minutes early to provide copies of any documents you brought with you, turn in your Intake form, and pay for your consultation. If you have a telephonic or video appointment, you will need to email our office 10- 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time with any documents related to your matter.

The firm requires payment of the consultation in advance of your telephonic appointment. Payment can be by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Please Note: Appointments are normally available between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays Eastern U.S. time, but we can accommodate some special requests. If you are in an urgent situation and require an appointment within 1 or 2 days, call our office at 856-361-2122 after submitting this form and we will try to accommodate you.
